Service
We Know how critical it is to have your printer up and running as soon as possible.
Thats why we have a standard call out time of 4hrs (2hrs 20mins average)
All mechanical machinery can benefit greatly from regular servicing. At Cambridge Copiers we make sure your machine has a regular service and will arrange a convenient time to visit your site.

Contracts
We have made our contracts as simple as possible. You have two options:
A cost per print option which in includes all parts/labour.
The machine readings are collected every month and billed accordingly.
An annual contract which includes all labour but not parts or consumables. We service your machine three times a year if not serviced on a break down call.

Non Contract
T&M (Time and Materials) We charge a flat rate of £55 callout and then £15 per half hour thereafter.
Most calls are done within the hour which is included in the callout charge.

Unable to Print
Having your printer drivers and scan settings set up correctly is as important as your printer running smoothly.
We have many years of experience networking printers and we are happy to help IT staff with best practice setups.

Installations/Moves
We fully install your new machine including setting it up on the network to print and scan plus a demonstration of the functions.
If you need a machine moved we can ensure it is correctly decommissioned to be moved by us or your own removal company and then recommissioned at your new premises

Disposal of Old Equipment
We can dispose of your old Photocopiers,Printers,Servers,Pc's, Laptops,Phones,Hubs/Switchs, Scanners for you for a one off cost of £55
